Welcome to Neat Freaks. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Services
Neat Freaks provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Our team offers a variety of services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and more, customized to meet your needs. All services provided are subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon scheduling. You may pay using a valid credit card or another approved payment method. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for any outstanding payments not settled by the due date. Payments for all services are non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $75 may be applied. If our team is unable to access the premises on the scheduled date due to client oversight, a $75 lock-out fee may apply.
4. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure our team has access to the property on the scheduled service date. If our team is unable to enter due to lack of access, we may apply a lock-out fee as outlined above.
5. Service Guarantee
Our team is committed to delivering quality results. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to address any issues to your satisfaction. However, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
6. Non-Solicitation
During the term of our services and for one year afterward, you agree not to directly hire or solicit any Neat Freaks team member for cleaning services outside of Neat Freaks. Breach of this clause may result in a finder’s fee of $2,000.
7. Liability Limitation
Neat Freaks is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the cleaning services provided, except for damages resulting from gross negligence on our part. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Neat Freaks is not liable for consequential damages, profit loss, or any income loss.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for informing Neat Freaks of any special instructions or fragile items within the property that require special care. We encourage clients to put away valuable and delicate items before our team arrives.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
Neat Freaks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Neat Freaks operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Neat Freaks is based.
